It’s about fifteen degrees outside right now, with snow on the ground from last week, and my nose is still running from going outside to meet my friend for lunch this morning. Although I’m behind on blogging, these sessions from the fall make me think of warmer days and brighter colors, something I’m wishing for right now. Winter is a bit dull and I always forget how sad the short days make me. Haha. I pretty much become a hermit because the amount of work it takes to get outside is just too much.

But anyway, I shot Sarah and Jonathan’s engagements on Halloween at King Family Vineyards and it was such a blast to meet them!!! I am so excited for my weddings next year. ALL of my couples are a complete dream and I truly feel so blessed to be photographing them!! Sarah and Jonathan are no different. They are just genuine, caring people and our time together flew by so fast because I enjoyed it so much! We caught the last few leaves of fall and these photos bring a smile to my face because you can see this couple’s love for each other through their laughter. They’re getting married THIS YEAR (woah, time flies) at Mount Ida, where I shot my very first wedding in 2016 and since Sarah and Jon are my first wedding of 2017, it looks like I’ll be back at Mount Ida to start off my season once again!!! I can’t wait to work with the Local again on this one and see how it all comes together!! Sarah and Jon, I know I already delivered your gallery but I just had to feature you on the blog!! Let the countdown begin!
