Absolutely NOT!! Every single client I have shows up nervous to their shoot, having never done anything like this before. What I love about my job is that I work with people who aren’t immediately comfortable in front of the camera but I get to teach my clients and by the end, they are having the best time and look like true professionals! Just show up ready to have fun and we’ll create images that you’ll love!

Senior portraits were the very first thing I photographed when I began my career and I have spent years perfecting my style, natural posing, and ability to make each senior feel like their best selves. I don't just show up to a senior session and take pictures. I spend time getting to know you beforehand and that way when I do show up to your session, I already know a little about you. We will not only take gorgeous photos but we will have a good time and you will walk away feeling so empowered and beautiful.

I love when my clients pick a location that is meaningful to them!! It’s also fun and more inspiring for me as a photographer to shoot at a new location but with that being said, I know it can be overwhelming finding the perfect spot so I’m here to help!! Hawaii has so many unique locations, ranging from beaches to mountains to fields and I always have places on my wish list to shoot so feel free to ask if you need ideas!

This is your shoot so you can bring whoever makes you feel comfortable! I normally encourage parents and boyfriends to wait until the last 15-20 minutes of the shoot to join though just because it can be nerve-racking posing for a camera for the first time and having an extra set of eyes is uncomfortable. I want to my seniors to be able to be their true selves without feeling like they have to act a certain way so for this reason, I recommend parents not hang out super close by especially at the beginning of the shoot!

Yes yes! I love to travel!! There may be a slight mileage fee but send me an email and we can work it out!!

It depends on which collection you book. My most popular collection includes around 100 digital images that you’ll be able to download and have forever!! You’re welcome to print on your own or if you want to print through the gallery I deliver the images in, you can do that too!
