Maddie and Lee have been so fun to work with throughout this whole process. I loved Maddie from the minute I met her at the consultation and after meeting Lee at the engagement session and really getting to know them as a couple, I knew their wedding would be right down my alley. Pictures are really important to the two of them and Maddie had such a vision for the barn at Panorama and they completely transformed it into her dream reception space. It was amazing to see it all come together on the wedding day and to be surrounded by the sweetest family and bridal party!! I started the morning off with the girls and photographing Maddie’s mom helping her get into her gown was something I’ll never forget. It was such a special moment where it seemed to click what was happening — she was officially letting go of her girl and trusting Lee to take care of her. It’s not often that I get emotional on wedding days but Maddie and Lee’s parents had such a great bond with their kids and I loved watching them display that. During Maddie’s dad’s speech, I understood the connection between her and her dad a little better and I was definitely holding back tears. The whole day was joy-filled and I don’t think Maddie’s smile ever disappeared.
