Ash Lawn Highland is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots these days! It always just seems to be the perfect backdrop for any type of session. I met Stephanie and Alec for their engagement session here a couple weeks ago and it was extra fun to do this shoot because Stephanie was a bridesmaid in Maggie and Bryan’s wedding last year!! Anyone who is a friend of Maggie and Bryan’s is automatically a friend of mine so when I got Stephanie’s inquiry, I knew that she would be such a sweet, trusting, and fun bride to work with and I couldn’t wait to get to know both Stephanie and Alec!

Although Stephanie was a bridesmaid in Maggie’s wedding, I didn’t really know much about her and wasn’t sure what her personality was like but it was clear right away at our session that this couple is full of energy and fun! The entire two hours of our shoot, we were all laughing and they agreed to every silly thing I made them do without batting an eye. It made for so many beautiful shots! Stephanie and Alec, your wedding is RIGHT around the corner and I know if your engagement session was this much fun, your wedding day is going to be even more so! Thanks for hanging out with me and not even complaining about your grass allergy when I had you guys running through it! Haha!!
