When I first moved to Oahu I was running a giveaway on my website where engaged couples had the chance to win a free engagement shoot! Cindy and David ended up winning and I am so glad they did because they were a dream to photograph!! I learned at the shoot that my friend is actually shooting their wedding too so that’s super fun! This was also my first time shooting at this gorgeous north shore location and I completely fell in love. I think it’s the prettiest, most dreamy light I’ve ever encountered on the island. I’m always trying to convince people to shoot here! Haha!

I had absolutely no idea what to expect of these two before the shoot because I had only emailed briefly with them but they were the kindest, most fashionable couple! They were honestly such naturals in front of the camera. I immediately was screaming because the images were so beautiful. In fact, this shoot might be one of my all time favorites! Everything came together so nicely! The lighting, the weather, the outfits, the location… SO, so good! I’m a sucker for long grass so this location is perfect for that!

I could shoot engagements and couples all day long! Whether you’re getting married here or just visiting and want a session, it is so fun for me to capture couples! I get inquiries all the time for anniversaries, couples sessions, and engagements and I’m so thankful! While I’m being a lot more selective these days of the weddings I take on, I will take on any and all engagement and couples shoots.
